🎉 The Elite Six Week Fitness Challenge: We Came, We Sweated, We Conquered (Mostly)!

After six weeks of walking, cycling, and pretending we weren’t sore the next day, our Elite Six Week Fitness Challenge has officially wrapped up — and wow, what a ride (and walk… and wobble) it’s been!

We celebrated the grand finale with a well-earned BBQ at HQ, where we swapped protein shakes for burgers and congratulated our champions with full bellies and slightly sunburned smiles.

💪 Challenge Highlights (a.k.a. Bragging Rights):

🏆 Top Team Glory:
🥇 Heavy Duty Juggernauts – 2,502.1 points (basically unstoppable)
🥈 The Pace Invaders – 2,278.03 points (fast and furious)
🥉 The Over Runners – 2,057.6 points (ran over the competition… almost)

🚶‍♂️ Walking Wonders:

Our step-counting superstars from Gym & Tonic and The Pace Invaders collectively walked enough miles to reach the moon (okay, maybe just the Highlands — but still impressive).

🚴 Cycling Legends:

Between The Pace InvadersGym & Tonic, and Heavy Duty Juggernauts, we clocked over 500 miles on two wheels. That’s Tour de Office, right?

📈 Most Improved (a.k.a. The Glow-Up Squad):

Shoutout to the folks who started slow and finished strong — proof that progress beats perfection (and that sore legs build character).

🏅 Top Individual Points:
🥇 Gym & Tonic – 1,260.75 pts
🥈 The Pace Invaders – 1,135.78 pts
🥉 Heavy Duty Juggernauts – 1,110.05 pts

These legends didn’t just raise the bar — they bench-pressed it.

This challenge wasn’t just about numbers — it was about team spirit, healthy habits, and discovering muscles we forgot existed. Whether you crushed the leaderboard or just moved more than usual, you’re a winner in our book.

Let’s crush Week 4 and beyond!

Meet Roc: Our Office Receptionist Extraordinaire (in Training)!

Meet Roc: Our Office Receptionist Extraordinaire (in Training)!

A bit of extra help around Elite House never goes amiss – and who better to lend a paw than Roc? He may only help out part-time (from time to time), and yes, he’s still undergoing intense keyboard training (read: mostly napping on it), but with a waggy tail and those big brown eyes, he’s already mastered the art of melting hearts.

Roc’s occasional appearances at HQ may be brief, but his impact? Unforgettable. He brings a whole new level of charm to the workplace – spreading smiles to the team and visitors alike, all while sneakily auditioning for “Employee of the Month” without actually doing any… you know… work.

At Elite Control Systems, we appreciate the little things that brighten the day – and Roc is one very good boy at delivering exactly that.

Elite Control Systems: Proud Supporters of the CeeD Award Night

The team at Elite Control Systems was thrilled to be a supporter of the CeeD Award Night, which took place earlier this month an inspiring event that celebrates innovation, excellence, and the hard work of businesses making a real impact. This year, we had the pleasure of attending alongside David Strachan from Terumo Aortic, enjoying delicious food, great company, and witnessing an award ceremony that showcased many excellent ideas coming to life.

The night was filled with excitement as well-deserved winners were recognised for their remarkable achievements. It’s always uplifting to see creative and ambitious ideas take shape, and we were proud to be part of such a special evening. We were particularly pleased to see CeeD themselves recognised receiving a well-deserved award for their contribution and this was graciously accepted by their Managing Director Joe Pacitti.

At Elite Control Systems, we value innovation and the strength of being part of a creative community. We are committed to continuous growth and are excited to be a part of the dynamic and forward-thinking network of peers and professionals that the CeeD Award Night brings together. We are already looking forward to next year’s event, and we hope to see Elite Control Systems once again as a nominee, ready to showcase our own teams dedication to innovation and excellence.

Congratulations to all the winners and thank you to everyone who made this night such a success. We look forward to next year’s celebration of creativity, teamwork, and achievement.
